Module 3 - Build a Prototype or Pilot for the Network Structure
Section 2 - Test the Prototype
Jones, Jones, & Jones: Solution
-
What criteria will you use to validate that the pilot is a success?
-
To validate that the pilot is successful, you should concentrate the validation
and acceptability testing on the dial-in users and the CD-ROM library.
-
If it is possible to test the prototype network structure, attach a WAN
protocol analyzer to the serial link at corporate headquarters. Configure
it for Frame Relay. Capture data for about a day. Also attach a WAN analyzer
at one or more of the branch offices and capture data for about a day.
